Refunds

All course videos, worksheets, templates, and other materials are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your personal, non-commercial learning purposes, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Restrictions
- No copying, redistribution, resale, or public performance of materials without written permission.
- No removal of watermarks, attribution, or copyright notices.
- No scraping, bulk downloading, or attempts to bypass technical protections.
User submissions
If you submit feedback, assignments, comments, or other content, you grant ClipVera Academy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for operating and improving the services, subject to applicable privacy settings and law.
6. Acceptable Use

Maximum liability
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to ClipVera Academy for the service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months before the event.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the services if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk, or engaged in unlawful behavior. You may stop using the services at any time.
Effects
- Access to certain paid content may end immediately upon termination, except where required by law or policy.
